My order says it is delivered but I did not receive it, what do I do?

Contact your local office that handles your area deliveries with your tracking number,They may be able to investigate the issue for you.If unable to help you please Contact us(email,instagram,WhatsAPP)with your order number,we will gladly to help you.

I received the wrong item, or my item arrived damaged/ is defective, what do I do?

Email me with your order number and a photo of the product and I will take care of you!

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Do you accept returns?
